Cooking measurements

There is a problem in converting mesurements for cooking. In the U.S. most things are mesured by the cup in a recipe. In Europe liquid is measured by volume, ( cups, to liters ) while flour, sugar, butter, and other solids are measured by weight. Because a cup of Flour weighs differently than a cup of sugar, here you will find a different chart for each thing measured.
